Senior-specific Land-Based Group Exercise Classes
Included with membership! Our classes are taught by trained professionals who love to help. We appreciate that EVERYONE needs to start somewhere, and we love to welcome new people! If you find out that a class isn’t for you, that’s okay! We have lots to choose from, with many instructors. So let us help you find out the right one. And if it changes, we’ll help with that, too!

Water Exercise Classes

Our pools are literally a “Fountain Of Youth”! Moving in the water takes off the effects of gravity while helping to develop increased range of motion and strength. Plus, working out and moving in the water is a lot of fun! Our water exercise classes are included with membership!
