From Resident Camps to Day Camps at locations all over Eastern Iowa, we have a program for you!


Summer Branch Camps Registration is Open!

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

  1. Click here to pay the $25 administration fee
    1. Admin fee is non-refundable
  2. Once payment is made, families will be sent to a link to Camp Docs
  3. Families need to update a previous app or complete a new Camp Docs
  4. Once Camp Docs is complete and/or updated a new registration link will be sent

 Camp Begins: June 3rd and runs through August 16th

  • *3-Day Mini-Camp is available June 30th – July 3rd

Camp Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

All branch camps are DHS licensed and certified

Staff are trained and Red Cross-certified for AED and First Aid

  10. Session 10 –  Aug 5 – Aug 9
  11. Session 11 –  Aug 12 – Aug 16

Age Requirements

  • For our branch programs
    • children must have completed Kindergarten in 2024
    • the age limit is 12 years old

We offer safe, fun, certified, and licensed programs


Program Details

  • For School Age Kids who have finished Kindergarten (must meet age requirements)
  • Staff are Red Cross and YMCA certified and trained
  • Based at our high-level branch facilities, kids will get the opportunity to be in Air Conditioning, swim, play in the gyms and kids play areas
    • Activities will differ according to age groups
  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided
  • Day Camp Hours:  6:00 am to 6pm
  • Cost is $149 for Y-IMV Household Members (parent + child); $179 for non members
  • TO REGISTER: $25 enrollment fee required

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Child Care Assistance is available

  • Parents must be enrolled through Iowa DHS
  • Click here to contact our Child Care business office for questions or to confirm enrollment

YMCA Financial Assistance

  • Available to families who utilize the Y’s Income-Based Membership Program
  • Membership must be for families/households, not just youth
  • Financial Assistance is provided at the same rate as our IBP program
  • Limit of 50% of assistance for programs
  • Must apply for DHS CCA and be denied to apply for a scholarship.

Policies and Information

Recreational Swim Time

All children will have the opportunity to swim. Each pool is staffed by either Y lifeguards or those on location. All children will be given a swim test prior to open swim. Any child that does not pass the test will be required to wear an approved flotational device.

Sign In and Out

Children are required to be signed in and out on a daily basis by an authorized individual listed on their form. All children must arrive at Day Camp no later than 9am. State issued ID is required to release child.

Absent Policy

Please contact the Y by 9am on the days your child will be absent from camp. No refunds are given for non-attendance.

Illness/Injury

Parents will be notified of minor injuries at the time of pick up.
For more serious injuries we will make every attempt to contact the parent/guardian using all numbers provided. It may be necessary to pick your child up from Camp. If warranted, we will call emergency personnel and have the child taken to the nearest hospital.
