GRAVITY Class at the YMCA!

One of the many great features at the Utica Ridge Y! Gravity involves a full body workout using a Total Gym Incline body weight trainer used to provide a neat and time effective program specifically designed to achieve individual health and fitness goals. Class can be easily accommodating for people of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their stability, endurance and strength.

CHILD WATCH

Child Watch is a fun, safe experience for kids up to ages 6 weeks to 12 years (only at Utica; other branches are up through age 7)
This add-on service is $10/month for a single child on a household membership, and $15/month for 2 or more children.
Ask at your welcome center and we'll get you and your family signed up and ready to go!

ENHANCE®FITNESS

Enhance Fitness is geared toward older adults of all fitness levels. If you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, you may be able to gain more strength and independence. You will feel energized - physically, mentally and socially - and be surrounded by people who care about your success.

The Facts Tell The Story: Research has shown that among older adults who participate in Enhance®Fitness, health costs were lowered by close to $1,000 and 9 out of 10 people stay with the program. In addition, 99 percent say they'd recommend the program to a friend.

Enhance Fitness is a new 16-week program that meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1:00 - 2:00 pm! 

16 week session fee: Members: $60 and Non-Members: $80
