I have also served as wellness coach, exercise specialist in cardiac rehab, and wellness coordinator with the YMCA. I got into Health and Fitness because: I want to help others achieve their goals and be the healthiest version of themselves. I love to be active and be healthy; I want to share that passion with others. Something interesting you may not know about me: In elementary school I won the school reading contest and got to throw out the first pitch at a River Bandits game.

Experience in Personal Training and Wellness: I have been training myself since 2016. I have worked with other personal trainers through Athletico and Genesis. I have also worked with a handful of physical therapists in the Quad Cities. I got into Health and Fitness because: I started out exercising on my own to improve my performance in sports. I participated in cross country, basketball, soccer, and track in high school. After having multiple serious injuries, it was time to hang up my jerseys. I wanted to continue to be active and take care of my body. This has led to my pursuit in being the fittest and healthiest version of myself. Something interesting you may not know about me: This past March I was on a pilgrimage in a town called Medugorje located in Bosnia- Herzegovina. I was interviewed by their national news broadcast. The interview was aired across the Bosnia- Herzegovina national news station!
