Qualified applicants for the program must active employees of the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley and meet the following criteria:
- YMCA will pay up to $1,000 in tuition assistance
- 2 years of employment working a minimum of 10 hours/week
- Enrolled in a course or program with an accredited college, university or trade school.
