Bettendorf  YMCA Child Watch

  • Multi-areas including Kids Play Farm
  • For children ages 6 months to 7 years old
  • This add-on service is $10/month for a single child on a household membership, and $15/month for 2 or more children.
  • Ask at your welcome center and we’ll get you and your family signed up and ready to go!

YFit Kids

  • Available for kids ages 8-14
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 5-8 p.m.
  • Kids can learn and play fun sports like Volleyball, Badminton, and Pickleball!

DANCE AND TUMBLING CLASSES

Experience in Personal Training and Wellness: I graduated from WIU with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science along with a master’s degree in Kinesiology specializing in strength and conditioning along with human movement and performance. I am currently a certified as a high school and collegiate strength and conditioning coach. Although my main passion is athletics, my second passion is helping individuals who suffer from complex issues ( arthritis, obesity) as every individual is different in their specialized programming and usually do not know where to start their journey. I got into Health and Fitness because: I got into health and fitness because: As with most individuals in this field, it started off for me as a way to train for athletics being a three sport athlete. That evolved into competing for 10 years as a powerlifter along with my love and passion for helping individuals as a strength and conditioning coach. Recently this has evolved even further as I have had a lifelong affliction with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and had to find new ways to train. Something interesting you may not know about me: I absolutely love to fish and love to spend my free time doing just that, but I also really enjoy reading new books and have a love for buying and collecting books.
