Tuesdays and Thursdays.

CHILD WATCH

Child Watch is a fun, safe experience for kids up to age 7 while parents/guardians exercise and take classes!
This add-on service is $10/month for a single child on a household membership, and $15/month for 2 or more children. Ask at your welcome center and we’ll get you and your family signed up and ready to go!

Experience in Personal Training and Wellness: I have been training myself since 2016. I have worked with other personal trainers through Athletico and Genesis. I have also worked with a handful of physical therapists in the Quad Cities. I got into Health and Fitness because: I started out exercising on my own to improve my performance in sports. I participated in cross country, basketball, soccer, and track in high school. After having multiple serious injuries, it was time to hang up my jerseys. I wanted to continue to be active and take care of my body. This has led to my pursuit in being the fittest and healthiest version of myself. Something interesting you may not know about me: This past March I was on a pilgrimage in a town called Medugorje located in Bosnia- Herzegovina. I was interviewed by their national news broadcast. The interview was aired across the Bosnia- Herzegovina national news station!
