Strength In Mothers (SIMs)

  • The Objective of SIMs is to reduce stress, anxiety, build comradery, and help with overall mental health.
  • SIMS is a place to help inform mothers on how to adjust to different aspects of their lives they may not have thought about;
    (proper/safe core strengthening, pelvic floor therapy, budgeting, practicing self care, loving your new body, etc.)
  • This will be a place for moms not only to share experiences and offer advice, but a place where moms know they are not alone in how they are feeling.

Experience in Personal Training and Wellness: I have been training myself since 2016. I have worked with other personal trainers through Athletico and Genesis. I participated in cross country, basketball, soccer, and track in high school. After having multiple serious injuries, it was time to hang up my jerseys. I wanted to continue to be active and take care of my body. This has led to my pursuit in being the fittest and healthiest version of myself. Something interesting you may not know about me: This past March I was on a pilgrimage in a town called Medugorje located in Bosnia- Herzegovina. I was interviewed by their national news broadcast. The interview was aired across the Bosnia- Herzegovina national news station!
