Life is hard. I get it! So let me help you by taking the hard part guiding you to a healthy lifestyle while making it fun and enjoyable! Whether you want to get in shape for pickleball, train for that 5k/marathon, turn that dad bod into hot bod, or just need that high energy motivation I’d love to help. I graduated from University of Dubuque with Exercise Science and Health and Wellness. I am currently working on getting my personal training certification through NFPT. In my free time you will find behind a tractor helping out on my family farm in DeWitt, tagging calves or square baling hay. I also enjoy running, playing soccer, walks with my husky and enjoying the outdoors! So let me make life a little bit easier on you and bring you that motivation and encouragement you need when life gets hard.
